Skills Training and Entrepreneurship The SME Support Project through its grants mechanism is further developing a comprehensive TA program for universities and other educational institutions to provide a state-of-the-art entrepreneurship training program, with particular focus on youth, women and minorities. The goal of the program is to accelerate a private sector development and SME employment by improving the ability of the universities and institutes to deliver effective entrepreneurship skills aimed at creation of new start-ups or assistance to already functioning enterprises.
